About Me

Hi, I’m Victoria Shabanova, and I’m the person behind It Looks Good. I’m 30 years old, and this blog is my personal space where I share the fashion and beauty ideas that genuinely catch my eye. I’m not a stylist, cosmetologist, or trend forecaster, and I don’t pretend to be one. I simply love collecting beautiful ideas, trying new looks, and talking about the details that make everyday style feel more special.
My taste has always leaned toward outfits that feel clean, feminine, and effortless. I naturally gravitate toward stylish minimalist clothing, soft color palettes, thoughtful accessories, and beauty choices that look polished without feeling heavy. I enjoy the kind of fashion that can make an ordinary day feel a little more put together, whether that means a simple monochrome outfit, a fresh manicure, or a flattering haircut. For me, style is not about being perfect or dramatic all the time, but about noticing what feels beautiful, comfortable, and true to you.
Travel also shapes the way I see beauty. I love visiting beautiful places, walking through elegant streets, staying near the sea, and spending time in the mountains where everything feels calm and visually inspiring. New locations always give me fresh ideas for outfits, colors, textures, and even makeup moods. Sometimes inspiration comes from a hotel terrace, sometimes from coastal light, and sometimes from the quiet colors of stone, flowers, and sky.
I also have a dog, and that part of my life keeps me grounded in a very real and everyday way. Some days are about dressing up for a shoot or testing a beauty idea, and some days are about comfortable clothes, long walks, and enjoying simple routines. I like that balance because it reminds me that personal style should work in real life, not only in curated moments. A good outfit, hairstyle, or beauty look should still feel like you when the day becomes busy, spontaneous, or imperfect.

Flowers have a special place in my life because they influence how I see softness, color, and mood. I’m drawn to floral tones, delicate shapes, and the kind of visual details that make a photo, a room, or a look feel more alive. I have also taken part in photoshoots as a model, and that experience taught me to notice how clothing, makeup, posture, and light work together in a single image. It made me pay more attention not only to what looks beautiful in theory, but to what actually feels expressive and natural on a real person.
I created It Looks Good because I wanted a place where I could share all of that in my own voice. This blog is where I post the ideas I love, the looks I want to try, and the beauty details I have already tested or saved for future inspiration. Some images on this site may be edited or enhanced, including with the help of artificial intelligence, but I always want the overall feeling of the blog to stay personal, tasteful, and honest. My goal is simple: to create a beautiful corner of the internet where women can come for fresh inspiration and leave with ideas that feel wearable, enjoyable, and fully their own.
